About Us: Who is Grace Finance?
Grace Finance was setup in 2007 by Adam Cocks. Adam has been working as a mortgage broker since 2005. Adam holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services. He is a member of Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia and C.O.S.L. Adam is actively involved in the Sunshine Coast community. He works with organisations such as Sunshine Coast Link Family who help families with kids with disabilities. Adam is a property owner and investor and loves helping other people achieve their financial goals.
Tim Cocks is the office manager at Grace Finance. He coordinates the processing of loans. Tim has been a property owner and investor in S.E. Qld for the last 40 years. Tim is also an active investor on the Australian Stock Exchange and a member of the Australian Centre for Investor Education.
What does Grace Finance Do?
We are a finance brokerage business. We do not lend money ourselves. We are accredited with many banks and lending institutions. We analyse our client’s requirements, assess the options and then present them with a selection to choose from. We negotiate the best deal factoring in your priorities.
We assist with the paperwork and submit the application on your behalf. We can do as much or as little as you like. We can liaise with your accountant, real estate agent, solicitor, financial planner, etc to make the process as simple as possible for you. We believe in building long term relationships. We want to be a point of contact for any questions regarding finance as often and for as long as you want. We proactively keep in touch with all of our clients and we make ourselves available to answer any questions or queries at any time.
